Like many artists I have been creating art since I was a young lad. From that early age, art teachers started noticing my natural ability and encouraged me to pursue art. It was not until I left for college that I became serious about a possible career in art. My love of drawing people started back in college while taking life drawing courses. There is nothing more challenging than drawing the human form. I have always believed that if you can draw people you can draw anything. For many years I strayed from fine arts due to my work as a computer graphics specialist. I worked full time in the graphics industry for a while and didn’t have the energy left at the end of the day to be creating fine art pieces.
Recently my wife and I decided to uproot our lives in Pennsylvania and move everything down to sunny Florida. We were getting tired of the snow and the cold. This is when I started pursuing my fine arts again. I have been mainly working in graphite and have been getting a lot of good response and following from it.
